By booking any activity or course with Sky Hawk Paragliding, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Advance Booking: All activities and courses must be booked in advance. Walk-ins are subject to availability.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

Rescheduling: Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before the activity, subject to availability

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled activity will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 3-6 days before the scheduled activity will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled activity are non-refundable..

Age Limit: Participants must be at least 12 years old for tandem flights and 16 years old for training courses.

Weight Limit: The maximum weight limit for tandem flights is 100 kg (220 lbs).

Health Requirements: Participants must be in good physical health. Those with heart conditions, back problems, or other serious medical issues are advised not to participate.

Safety Briefing: All participants must attend a mandatory safety briefing before the activity.

Liability: Sky Hawk Paragliding is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or losses incurred during the activity. Participants engage in activities at their own risk.

Weather Dependency: All activities are weather-dependent. Sky Hawk Paragliding reserves the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to unfavorable weather conditions.

Refunds: If an activity is canceled due to weather, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Provided Equipment: Sky Hawk Paragliding provides all necessary equipment, including paragliders, harnesses, helmets, and safety gear.

Personal Equipment: Participants may bring their own equipment, subject to inspection and approval by Sky Hawk Paragliding staff.

Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in our platform, including software, content, and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of our platform without our prior written consent.

Respect: Participants must respect the instructions of Sky Hawk Paragliding staff and fellow participants.

Prohibited Items: Alcohol, drugs, and any illegal substances are strictly prohibited during activities.

Littering: Participants must not litter or damage the natural environment.

Photos and Videos: Sky Hawk Paragliding may take photos or videos during activities for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your image in promotional materials.

Personal Media: Participants are welcome to bring their own cameras or phones, but Sky Hawk Paragliding is not responsible for any damage or loss.

Updates: Sky Hawk Paragliding reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
